COLLEX VOTED “BEST IN DETROIT” IN 2008
We are extremely excited and proud to announce that we have been voted “Best Place To Have Your Car Repaired In Metro Detroit” for 2008 in the ninth annual Hour Detroit Magazine Best of Detroit readership survey.
The magazine conducts a poll every year and asks readers to vote for their favorite businesses in various categories. The results are listed in the June issue of the magazine.

COLLEX RECEIVES AUTOCHEX AWARD
All four Collex shops that are part of Allstate's PRO Shop Program
received the Autochex Premier Achiever Award for 2007. The four shops are: Clinton Twp., Rochester, Ann Arbor and Washington.
The award is given in recognition of “Exceptionally high customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores.” It's presented to only the top five percent of the collision shops that are part of the Allstate program.
This is another example of Collex's dedication to customer service and satisfaction
COLLEX OPENS IN FLORIDA
Collex Collision Experts, the preeminent collision repair company in Southeast Michigan, has gone national! Collex opened it's first location outside of the Great Lakes State with a facility in Fort Myers, Florida.
This is the first of several locations planned for Southwest Florida.
The new shop, located at 12791 Metro Parkway, will offer the same amenities and services as the Michigan locations. These include a free financing program, “AutoWatch,” a program which allows customers to monitor the repair progress of their vehicles on line, complete inside-outside cleaning of every vehicle and a lifetime warranty on all workmanship and paint.
Joe Martin is the general manage of the new facility. Joe, a transplanted Michigander, formally managed the company's flagship facility in Clinton Twp., Michigan. John Perry, formerly of Heritage Collision, is the customer service manager.
